At Numimic, we care deeply about customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase or subscription, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase or subscription.

You accidentally subscribed and haven’t accessed or downloaded any digital files.

The files you received were corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, and we’re unable to fix or resend them within 3 business days.

You’re unsatisfied with the product quality and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@numimic.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds Are Not Available If:

The digital files have been downloaded or accessed extensively.

More than 7 days have passed since the transaction.

The refund request is based solely on personal preference after file delivery.
2. Subscription Cancellation

Your plan renews automatically every 30 days at $29.99 USD.

You can cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing contact@numimic.com.

Once canceled, you’ll retain access to your downloads until the end of your current billing period.

No future payments will be charged after cancellation.
